From the time the merchandise is received, each product reference is managed according to its specific characteristics and is assigned an internal control identification code. All data pertinent to a certain item is associated with the control identification code. Some examples of the aforementioned data are: batch, manufacture date, input date, or series number.

Thanks to the internal pre-identification, products are assigned to their proper shipments which are guaranteed based upon criteria of expiration, FIFO, LIFO, and other product specs, having a detailed knowledge of the traceability from the time an item is received to the time it is delivered to the customer.
